Dear Nanine,
I wanted to take a moment to thank you. I almost ended that sentence with thank you for helping us sell our house, but what you did for our family was so much more. You were so helpful assisting us in researching the correct listing price, and you ultimately provided us with multiple offers and a sale. However, it was the way in which you accomplished these that really stood out to us. You consistently showed kindness, respect integrity. You communicated with in every step of the way and we always knew you wanted what was best for us.
Thank you for being a human voice in a world where technology rules. I would, and will recommend you.
Thanks again,
The Damele Family

Dear Ms. Murphy,
I wanted to let you know of the excellent job Nanine did as my Real Estate agent. Not only did Nanine find a beautiful home for me in Montclair, she was able to do it in a very short time so I was in my new home before Christmas. Nanine stayed on top of all the details and we closed in 25 days.
After my home closed, I discovered an issue that was not disclosed. With Nanine taking the lead, the previous owners to agreed to pay for half of the cost of remediation. This would not of happened without Nanine's effort.
Nanine went over and above as an agent, I can't tell you how much I appreciate all she did to make my home purchase a wonderful experience.
Sincerely,
Lynne Daniels
Dear Ms. Kiehl,
I just wanted to drop you a note so you would know about my experience working with Ms. Nanine Watson as my real estate agent in searching for a home to buy in the Bay Area. I have owned and sold seven houses so the technical process was already known to me. Because I was just moving to the area, what was not known for me was the Bay area real estate market and finding the appropriate home that fit my particular needs and was within my fiscal capabilities. In this arena, Nanine was incredibly valuable. She actually found a community in a city that was unknown to me and that I am sure I would never have become aware of. The key was she actually listened to my particular circumstances and did the appropriate research to find the right home in the right community for me as an individual. Throughout the whole process, Nanine was always there and very supportive providing all information in a timely manner. I will be always be appreciative of her efforts.
With kind regards,
Donald J. McGill
